it's head office in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
5gallons.com can be accessed by persons from countries around the world. All visitors to the
5gallons.com web site do so at their own initiative. All matters relating to, access to, or
use of the web site shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the Federal
laws of Canada applicable therein.
Visitors to the 5gallons.com web site acknowledge and agree that they are of legal drinking age
in the state, province, or territory in which they live. Under aged persons are not permitted
to use this web site or to purchase the items offered.

It is our policy to respect the privacy of you, our guest and the
security of your order. We will not monitor, edit or disclose the
contents of our guest's personal information, e-mail address or,
the contents of an order unless required to do so by law.
When making purchases from our On-line Store using your credit card,
we recommend that you use a browser with secure transmission features
such as Netscape Navigator version 3.0 or later, or Microsoft Internet Explorer
version 3.0 or later. (Notice: A closed padlock appears at the bottom
of the browser window to indicate a secure transaction.)

credit card information submitted over the internet
is secure. According to RSA Security Inc. it would take a trillion,

we use a security certificate issued by Thawte Consulting Inc., which identifies us and gives you

All prices and invoices will be shown in Canadian Dollars. When
you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the
exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Specials at our
"fulfillment center" are not necessarily reflected on our
on-line store and vice versa.
Orders shipped to Atlantic Canada (N.S., N.B., NFLD, except PEI):
GST/HST on applicable items will be added as required.
Orders shipped to Quebec: GST and PST on applicable items will be
added as required.
Orders shipped to all other Canadian Provinces & Territories: GST
on applicable items will be added as required.
Orders to USA and International destinations: Our prices do not
include duties, brokerage fees or any applicable taxes. If
assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package
recipient, who will be billed accordingly by the local Customs
authorities.

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of check out. Unless
requested to do otherwise, all orders destined to Canadian and
International cities will be shipped via Canada Post; all orders
destined to cities in the U.S.A. will also be shipped using
Canada Post in conjunction with the United States Postal Service.
NOTE 1:
Express delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes.
NOTE 2:
A Handling charge of $5.00 will be applied to all orders shipped from our fulfillment center.
NOTE 3:
Shipping charges are based on the weight and the
dimensions of the packages. Some items, because
of their bulk, may have extra charges levied by the
carrier. If any extra charges are applicable,
you will be advised before shipping and billing.
NOTE 4:
All orders are carefully packaged and inspected prior
to shipment. If any damages are noted at the time of
delivery, the transportation company should be notified
immediately. The contents must not be removed until a
representative has been called and an inspection carried
out. All claims for damages must be made directly to the
transportation company.
NOTE 5:
Please be advised that we are unable to ship to the
following countries: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria,
Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Herzegovina, Hungary,
India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia,
North Korea, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia,
Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Yugoslavia.

ll orders placed with 5gallons.com will be acknowledged by e-mail,
phone or fax. Please ensure that you provide us with current and
up-to-date contact information; most importantly is a telephone
number where you can be reached during the course of a normal
business day (Monday to Friday 09:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST).
O
nce credit card approval is received, your order will be
processed within 48 hours. While uncommon, back orders do
sometimes occur. Should this occur, you will be notified at
the time of confirmation. Credit card charges will be
adjusted accordingly.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may
return it to us for a prompt exchange or refund.

NOTE:
Wine concentrates, wine semi-concentrates, sterile juices,
beer malts (dry and liquid) and dextrose are considered to
be food items and are therefore not eligible under the
return/refund policy.

y purchasing goods from 5gallons.com, you agree that the offer
and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed
exclusively by the laws of, the Province of Ontario, Canada.

ll goods purchased from 5gallons.com are F.O.B. at our
fulfillment center. Title to the goods passes to you at the time
of delivery by the fulfillment center to a common carrier.
